In RavenQuest, guilds are a cornerstone of community and collaboration, and the Guild Crest system is designed to enhance the guild experience. Guild members have the opportunity to purchase Guild Crests using $QUEST, which not only symbolizes their allegiance but also plays a crucial role in the guild's financial ecosystem.
When a Guild Crest is purchased, 50% of the $QUEST spent is staked. This staked amount is fully refundable to the crest purchaser if they decide to leave the guild, ensuring flexibility and security for guild members.
The remaining 50% of the $QUEST is allocated as follows:
20% to the Guild Leader: As the guiding force of the guild, the leader receives a portion of the funds to support their leadership role and responsibilities.
20% to the Vice Leaders: The vice leaders share this portion, with each vice leader eligible to receive up to a maximum of 4%. This distribution ensures that the leadership team is adequately rewarded for their efforts in managing the guild.
10% to the Treasury: This portion is directed to the treasury. The treasury funds can be burned to reduce supply, used for special events, or reinvested to bolster the $QUEST ecosystem, benefiting the entire guild community.
The Guild Earnings system in RavenQuest is designed to reward guilds for their collective achievements and contributions. Guild members who possess Guild Crests contribute to the guild's fame, as their personal fame is duplicated towards the Guild Fame. This collective fame is then used to determine the guild's earnings in $QUEST.
The distribution of $QUEST earnings is structured as follows:
80% to Guild Members with Crests: The majority of the earnings are distributed among guild members who hold Guild Crests. This incentivizes active participation and contribution to the guild's success, ensuring that members are rewarded for their efforts.
20% to the Leadership Team: The remaining portion is allocated to the guild's leadership, with 10% going to the Guild Leader and each vice leader eligible to receive up to a maximum of 2%. This distribution recognizes the leadership's role in guiding the guild to success and maintaining its operations.
